Returns Policy

We like to be fair and upfront, especially when it comes to returns. So here are our simple to understand terms on returns.

Promise - We work very hard to produce the best product possible. We take pride in being able to provide well designed and manufactured products at reasonable prices. When it comes to SnapPlugs, we hand assemble and inspect each individual piece to make sure it confirms to our quality requirements. But we’re only human and some things may slip by. If they do we will do our best to make it better.

Returnable - You may return defective and unopened items within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. You may even return non-defective items within 30 days if they have remained unopened and unused for a full refund or replacement. If the return was a result from a mistake we made, like sending you the wrong item or a defective product, we will pay for all the shipping involved to make things right. If the return was a result of your negligence, like ordering the wrong size or giving us the wrong address, then we may pass the new shipping costs back to you.

Not Returnable - Items that have been opened, worn or used in any way cannot be returned. Also, items that have been in your possession longer than 30 days are not returnable.

Time Frames - We try to process returns and refunds within a few business days, but depending on the situation it may take several weeks. The amount of time it takes for a refund or return to be processed depends on how long it takes you to contact us, the return shipping transit time, the time it takes us to process the returned items and the amount of time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

How - To initiate a return you will need to log into your account. Click on the “My Account” link on the top of the website, log in if you haven’t already done so, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link and then click the “Return Item(s)” button and follow instructions. Once you initiate a return, we will communicate with you via email during the process until the problem is resolved.
