- Shipping Policy
We like to keep things nice and simple, even when it comes to shipping. So here are our simple to understand shipping terms:
Goal - It is or goal to ship your product within 1 business day of your purchase. But things do come up that we can’t control so we may need to take up to 3 business days. In a very rare situation that we experience a natural disaster, act of war or other extreme situation or event that prevents us or other businesses from functioning normally, we may take a little longer.
Carriers - We offer three different ways of shipping your order; US Postal Service, FedEx and UPS. It’s up to you to select the method that works best for your budget and time frame requirements. The US Postal Service is the least expensive, but tracking is limited and transit times a bit slower; FedEx is pricey but has fast transit times; and UPS is somewhere in between both in price and transit time. The shipping prices quoted in your shopping cart are provided by each carrier in real time for accuracy.
Shipping Territory - We ship our products worldwide. Not all shipping carriers or shipping methods will be available to all areas. In some locations there may be additional fees imposed on your package by your local authorities. It is your responsibility to contact your local postal service authorities to find out if you’ll have to pay extra fees to get your products. If shipping is too much of a hassle for you, check your local tattoo or piercing shop because chances are they carry SnapPlugs. And if they don’t, tell them they should start!
Free Shipping - Sometimes we may offer a free shipping promotion. These free shipping promotions may be for specific products or applicable store-wide; either way we will do our best to let you know the specific details of the promotion running at the time. If you purchase an item that is associated with a free shipping promotion and an item without one, we may ship the items separately or together. We will choose the method that is fastest and least expensive to you. As a general rule, when we ship items for free we reserve the right to choose the carrier and service we would like to use. Our preferred carrier and service for our free shipping promotions will mostly be USPS First Class Mail.
