1. Excellent

   These incremental plugs work very well. The gradual step from one to another offer a totally painless stretch. Care must be taken when applying the ring to the shaft to avoid cracking them, particularly the back ring. If done with care following the recommended time or your body’s ability to recover between each stretch you will achieve your goal with minimum discomfort. Highly recommend. Stretch Logic team was on top of a small issue I encountered.

   I really liked the stretch plug concept. The plugs were packaged in an easy to follow method of use in aiding a painless transition from one step up to another. I did encounter on issue midway through series 1. All was good except transition 1.5 to 1.6. It appears I received a 1.7 instead of a 1.6. I reached out to customer service via Stretch Logic messaging and 3 weeks have passed with no response, very disappointing. So in summary product excellent, customer service Fail.

   I've always struggled stretching my ears. I've tired every method, every product but nothing would prevent the tears. This is amazing. It's so easy to use that I dont know why no one thought of this before. My only complaint is that the ring like back can be a little fragile and crack but it hasnt made too big of a deal.

   I’ve stretched my ears to a 0 gauge several times and even when waiting a while when stretching with tapers they would hurt and this time I saw this and it is even better than I expected. Snap plugs make it so much faster and pain free to go from a 4 to a 0 and I’m going to buy series 2 soon and I’m so excited for that.

5. Excessive packaging!

   I wish this existed back when I originally stretched my lobes. After two years wearing nothing, I can’t wait to get back to zeros again and this time without the pain! My only complaint is the excessive and pointless packaging. The ten pairs could easily fit into one box.
