Very easy to use. Gradually and effortlessly stretch your lobes without tearing or blowouts. They are very easy to use. My only complaint is that the sizes aren't listed on each size so you have no idea where you are at. Other than tgat, it's definitely money well spent.

Quick, easy and nearly painless

I am working on re-stretching my holes. I was at a 3/4 and jumped up to quick to 7/8 and blew my hole out. It shrank down quite small, I could barely get a 4 to go in. I haven't wore anything in my ears for almost 4 years and decided it was time to re-stretch them. But on to my point they work great!
The steps between the sizes is so small you really don't notice the transition at all, leaving the risk of blowing out to a minimum. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to get "BIG HOLES". -

The Plugs Themselves Are Good And Comfortable, But After Only 4 Days I've Lost 2 Ends, Would Be 5 Stars If They stayed On Better.

my wife used it and stretched her ears quite quickly from 4g to the largest size available so i decided to follow suit and so far its wonderful
